Description
Place Value – the students need to know it, but boy can it be tough for my learning support students to not only grasp, but also remember year to year. My students are middle and high school age. I don’t hang a place value sign on my wall, like I once did when I taught in the elementary. I did want to provide that to them again, but in a slightly different form.
My Place Value Flip Book is perfect for all grades! It takes the place of the place value chart I once had displayed. However, this flip book only includes whole numbers up to the millions. Some time is needed to put together these flip books, but they will last a long time once done. This has proven to be a great tool to have on hand in my classroom – whether it be an initial lesson, review, or for reinforcement.

What’s Inside:
– Flip books in color and in black and white
– Instructions on how to use, as well as on assembly
– Both flip books are a secured PDF – due to copyright laws
– Optional slides in Powerpoint that allow you to “edit” – by adding text only
As opposed to my other flip books, this one was designed for me to use with a binding comb/spine. It allows for all of the numbers to “flip” best. I make these in a binding machine. If your school does not have a binding machine, it is not very expensive to take to a local paper/copy store. Also, you don’t necessarily need to bind this for use in your classroom.
