Description
UPDATED 8/30/2020: Now includes editable options in PowerPoint
On any given day I can have several students sent to my learning support classroom (the resource room), to complete a test, homework they’ve missed, a project that needs worked on, notes from the day before, etc, from their regular education class. I can be helping a few different grades, in a few different subject areas, at once. It can be pretty overwhelming. I created my ‘Resource Room Check-In’ to help me with just that!
‘Resource Room Check-In’ sheets are simple, easy to use sheets that help me keep track of students who use my learning support classroom as a resource room, what class/teacher they are coming from, what the assignment is, what modifications/accommodations were made, and if we completed the assignment. I have also created a student sign-in sheet, to hold my older students accountable for the work they are completing while in my classroom.
INCLUDED:
– 1 horizontal set of check in sheets
– 1 vertical set of check in sheets
– 1 student sign-in sheet
*sets include:
1 basic check-in sheet (as in preview)
12 basic check-in sheets (months included)
1 basic check-in sheet (no text included on top)
You will be receiving this as a PDF file.
Updated 8/30/2020:
– 1 horizontal set of editable check in sheets (PowerPoint)
– 1 vertical set of editable check in sheets (PowerPoint)
All charts are editable to input your own modifications/adaptations.
The title on the first page is not editable, due to copyright laws by the font creator.
