Description
Having to transition (rather quickly) to teaching remotely has had me feeling unorganized. I do not have all of my binders and important information sheets with me, while I am at home, as I plan for IEP meetings and data collect at home.
Instead of re-printing everything, I decided to turn my Progress Monitoring Data Collection Sheets into an interactive PDF file, that I can use on my iPad. This has been saving me from re-printing everything, as well as having to create an entirely new filing system. I do not have paper stacks scattered across my make-shift teacher desk/coffee table anymore. Honestly, I love this way so much, this might be how I continue to stay organized when I am back in my actual classroom.
This interactive PDF consists of 204 pages – that are each linked to various tabs and other pages within the resource. What has taken me a long time, will make this interactive PDF easy to navigate through. The PDF is secured, due to the links I have within the document. I strongly recommend looking at the preview photos, as the text, tabs, and other images cannot be edited.
INCLUDED:
– 1 PDF file consisting of the detailed directions for use
– 1 PDF file that is secured data collection sheets

– there are 3 roster pages under the “Caseload Roster” tab
– there are 9 alphabetized tabs
– there are 20 student data collection sheets under each alphabetized tab
– each alphabetized tab can store 20 different students (I alphabetize by last name)

– please look at the preview photos to see what each data collection sheet looks like
I have only used this resource on my iPad. I open the PDF on my Mac computer, and AirDrop it to my iPad. You do not necessarily need the Good Notes App (a paid App) to use this resource on your iPad – it is just the App I like to use. I am not sure if this will work on a different tablet/device.
Please watch the video preview on how I use this on my iPad in the Good Notes App.
You can also watch this resource in action on my IGTV by clicking here!
*I have listed a free Progress Monitoring Quarterly Checklist interactive PDF, for you to test out on your iPad or tablet.
If you have any questions before purchasing, PLEASE SEND ME AN EMAIL or ask a questions. I am always happy to answer any of your questions.
