Whether it be first thing in the morning during homeroom or at the very last few minutes of the day, students are constantly coming and going out of the classroom. Keeping track of where students are going once they leave the room is not only incredibly important, but also required by some schools. At my school we are required to turn in our sign-out sheets daily. Typical “sign-out sheets” usually only list the students name, the time they are leaving the room, and the time they have returned. With all that’s going on within the classroom during instruction, I can admit to being guilty of allowing a student to leave the classroom – but then not remembering if they said they were going to the restroom or to their locker. These Student Tracker Sheets provide extra help in making sure you, as well as administration, know where the students are and when, once they leave your classroom!
